Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and assess signs and symptoms of various mental health disorders to implement appropriate treatment interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, monitoring their progress and making modifications as necessary to enhance effectiveness.

• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times, ensuring that all client interactions and records adhere to privacy standards and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Thorough knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and systems-based approaches, to treat a variety of mental health and relational issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

During the first year, our full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist can expect an annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
