Senior Accountant

To support the growth of a dynamic company, the fully remote Wisconsin Licensed Senior Accountant will manage lease accounting, oversee percentage-of-completion calculations, and design standardized accounting processes while working closely with the Accounting Manager. Key responsibilities Manage the company's lease portfolio under ASC 842, including related journal entries and disclosures Own percentage-of-completion calculations and revenue recognition for long-term contracts under ASC 606 Design and implement accounting policies and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency Required qualifications Active CPA license required 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, including a mix of public accounting and industry experience Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, particularly in lease accounting (ASC 842) and revenue recognition (ASC 606) Experience in building or improving accounting processes Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
