Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist and according to the physician's prescribed plan of care, you'll provide high-quality in-home therapy services that support successful recovery and long-term wellness. Key Responsibilities Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatments designed to relieve pain, restore function, and improve mobility. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer activities, and prosthetic training. Apply physical agents including heat, cold, ultrasound, and massage. Educate patients on the proper use of assistive devices such as wheelchairs, braces, crutches, and other mobility equipment. Complete clinical documentation accurate and timely. Communicate patient progress, concerns, and changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist.
