Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for a diverse array of activities aimed at supporting students' mental health needs. Your duties will include:

• Providing individualized clinical behavioral health services, ensuring they align with CHDC’s mission and uphold our quality standards.

• Assisting students and their families in navigating the complexities of physical and behavioral healthcare systems, promoting integrated health solutions.

• Educating students and families on available community resources and services to foster participation in wellness initiatives, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
\n
• Attending multi-disciplinary treatment team meetings to ensure cohesive care delivery and sharing insights on student progress.
\n
• Documenting clinical interactions meticulously in patient records while complying with CHDC’s policies and procedures.
\n
• Reporting any crises or unusual incidents promptly to the Medical Director and addressing psychiatric emergencies directly with the Chief Medical Officer.

• Implementing evidence-based screening tools to assess students' healthcare needs and measuring outcomes to inform further interventions.
\n
• Participating in CHDC’s Quality Improvement program and contributing to professional development through training sessions and meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with students from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may face challenges such as Opioid Use Disorder and other behavioral health concerns. Collaborating with the Center of Excellence Team, you will provide targeted support and interventions to these individuals, ensuring they receive the comprehensive care they need.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master's degree in social work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
