Anxiety Health Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our innovative team. This role ensures a balanced work-life dynamic with flexible hours that can accommodate 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, typically from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, couple, and family psychotherapy, tailoring interventions to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Conduct thorough client intake interviews, gathering critical social, personal, environmental, and health information to inform treatment planning.
\n
• Assess, evaluate, and address a variety of psychosocial issues, aligning interventions with clients' goals and treatment plans.
\n
• Develop and coordinate programs and activities that effectively address the social and emotional needs of clients, enhancing their overall well-being.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, handling short-term crises and providing timely referrals to community resources.
\n
• Foster an environment of trust and respect, working alongside clients to establish strong therapeutic relationships.
\n
• Regularly assess and document treatment efficacy, updating client records in accordance with organizational protocols.
\n
• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring that all case documentation is current and reflects the services provided.

• Deliver personalized clinical counseling tailored to each individual’s circumstances and mental health challenges.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to team objectives and operational efficiency.

The clients you will serve include individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse disorders, and family issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in social work or a related mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in providing counseling for behavioral health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance dependence, and family-related challenges.

• Prior exposure to crisis intervention and resource coordination within community health settings is highly desirable.

• A strong understanding of assessment tools and methodologies used in evaluating client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to USD 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
