Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments through interviews, case histories, and observational techniques to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy to clients, employing a variety of therapeutic methods tailored to individual needs.

• Evaluate client data to determine appropriate therapeutic approaches or identify the need for referrals to other specialists.

• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation, submitting all records within 24 hours of service provision.

• Actively participate in mandatory training sessions to stay current with therapeutic methods and organizational protocols.

• Support clients in the preparation and integration of their experiential journeys, particularly for those engaging in psychedelics as part of their therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, from those dealing with anxiety and depression to individuals seeking alternative healing methods. Our client base includes individuals interested in integrating psychedelics into their mental health journeys, necessitating a compassionate understanding of both traditional and non-traditional treatment methods. This position requires a strong belief in a holistic approach that accommodates a variety of mental health techniques, including meditation, breathwork, and dreamwork.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW designation or an equivalent degree in a directly related field.

• Capacity to manage a minimum of 10 (53-minute) therapy sessions per week.

Compensation and Benefits\n
