Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal needs. We offer flexible scheduling options, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between the hours of 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, or families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Conduct comprehensive client interviews to gather social, personal, environmental, and health-related information for effective treatment planning.
\n
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of mental health issues within the scope of practice to support clients' mental health journeys.
\n
• Plan, coordinate, and implement programs and activities tailored to meet clients’ unique social and emotional needs.
\n
• Facilitate interventions for cognitive, affective, and behavioral health challenges, including immediate crisis intervention and referrals to community resources.
\n
• Establish trusting and respectful relationships with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.
\n
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services and modify plans as necessary based on client progress.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment methods according to company policies and state regulations.
\n
• Manage a caseload in accordance with organizational standards, ensuring comprehensive support and follow-up.

• Engage in additional duties as assigned by the management team to promote a seamless client experience.

This role focuses on a diverse client base, addressing various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship issues, grief, and more. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their challenges, supporting them in achieving their mental health goals, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in individual or group counseling in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in behavioral health treatment, specifically addressing issues such as mood disorders, substance dependence, family therapy, and grief counseling.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and adapt to changing client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
