Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social, emotional, and environmental challenges students and families face, considering factors such as educational performance and family dynamics.

• Develop customized service plans that include clear goals, interventions, and methods for tracking progress, collaborating closely with educational and community resources.

• Provide individual and family counseling that addresses specific concerns such as anxiety, depression, or behavioral issues affecting students' education and well-being.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions to ensure student safety, employing risk assessments and safety planning tailored to individuals' circumstances.

• Engage with community agencies and organizations to coordinate services that enhance the support network around each student, advocating for their needs within educational frameworks.

• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives, discussing agency resources to spread awareness and provide guidance to families in need.

• Regularly attend case conferences, team meetings, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and evolving methodologies within the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on supporting children and adolescents within a school environment, working closely with educational professionals to address emotional and mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
