Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver virtual counseling sessions to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing secure and confidential telehealth platforms.

• Provide tailored individual counseling that addresses a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, midlife transitions, and stress management.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique therapeutic goals, integrating evidence-based practices while monitoring and adjusting as needed.

• Conduct assessments and maintain thorough documentation to track client progress and outcomes, ensuring adherence to best practices in therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with a team of professionals, actively participating in multidisciplinary meetings to enhance client care and facilitate appropriate referrals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client population, which may include adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing myriad challenges. Your role will specifically focus on empowering clients through personal struggles, helping them navigate their emotional landscapes while fostering resilience and a sense of agency in their healing processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct counseling services, preferably in a telehealth setting.

• Strong organizational skills, with a commitment to meticulously documenting client interactions and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
