Salary: $70–90K DOE
We’re seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal Supervisor to join a fast‑growing, high‑volume law firm. This role leads and supports a team of paralegals and legal secretaries while coordinating workflows, training staff, and ensuring procedures are followed. Must Haves:
- 10+ years of paralegal experience (litigation/debt collection preferred)
- Prior supervisory experience , including training staff and establishing procedural manuals
- Ability to manage high‑volume caseloads and cross‑train across departments
- Strong knowledge of court filings, docket management, and case management systems
