We may ask you to work occasional weekends on Saturdays, and you will be notified of any additional hours or changes to your schedule. Please note that the schedule is subject to change based on seasonal demands.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSRAs a Customer Service Representative, you will re-engage existing customers and develop new business connections. Utilizing our ServiceTitan database, you'll focus on reintroducing services to valued clients through personalized outreach and managing outbound calls based on customer needs. Your day will involve upselling services, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining accurate customer information. Instead of traditional cold-calling, you'll build genuine relationships, addressing questions to foster loyalty.
