Associate Therapist-IOP

Responsibilities Job Title: Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Therapist About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Licensed IOP Therapist to join our growing clinical team to provide high‑quality, evidence‑based care through group, individual, and family therapy. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Active and unrestricted licensure (e.g., LCSWA, AMFT, APCC, or equivalent) preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Knowledge of evidence‑based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma‑informed care) Excellent documentation and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Preferred Experience Experience working in an Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), or similar level of care Background in mental health, substance use disorders, or co‑occurring disorders Experience facilitating group therapy Familiarity with insurance requirements and medical necessity criteria Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems EEO Statement All UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
