Pharmacist

Seeking a licensed pharmacist to support medication dispensing and patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsible for ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance in all pharmacy operations while delivering high-quality service to patients and collaborating with clinical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately compound, fill, and verify prescriptions
• Dispense medications in accordance with regulatory and safety standards
• Provide patient counseling and education on medications and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records for prescriptions, patient profiles, and inventory
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacy technicians, and healthcare teams
• Support clinical operations, including providing coverage and assisting during high-volume periods
• Monitor and manage medication inventory and supplies
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and company policies
• Analyze and resolve complex pharmacy-related issues and maintain quality standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution
• Active pharmacist license in the applicable state(s) Florida
• Ability to participate in federal prescription programs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with pharmacy systems and general computer applications
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred qualifications:

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience
• Experience in high-volume retail, clinical, or outpatient settings
• Experience working with pharmacy technicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Note: candidate must be able to travel/rotate between all four South Florida (Broward/Palm Beach) locations listed above.
