Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and formulate detailed treatment plans in accordance with evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient needs and preferences.

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by keeping accurate clinical records and documentation of treatment sessions and patient interactions.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure that all aspects of a patient’s care are coordinated effectively.

• Engage in ongoing case consultations and participate in peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the quality of care and fostering professional development.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, providing them with resources and support to aid in their recovery and understanding of available treatments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification, who may present with a spectrum of mental health challenges. These include anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and other co-occurring disorders, highlighting the significance of a trauma-informed care approach in your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license to practice social work in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy services.
