Territory Manager, Medical Dermatology - Eastern Long Island- New York

Overview The Sun Medical Dermatology Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing the business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics and institutions that specialize in medical dermatology. The Territory Manager will demonstrate excellence in developing and implementing territory business plans that lead to the achievement of sales goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities Coordinating and integrating with the HQ Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) and field-based employees to drive acceptance of promoted products within the designated business area and geography. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager. Using CRM, sales data, and reports for territory planning. Timely call reporting and expense reporting. Managing promotional budgets within their territory. Meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device sales experience Strong communication skills and business acumen Ability to collaborate, innovate, adapt and deliver results Valid driver’s license Ability to travel with overnight stays as needed. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience 3+ years medical dermatology sales experience Experience selling products in a complex Market Access environment Experience promoting high‑science products Product launch experience Experience selling in a highly competitive environment Personal Skills & Attributes This individual must have a positive attitude, adaptability, high motivation, professionalism, and the ability to build trust within a matrix team. They should conduct all activities with transparency, ethics and compliance, and present detailed scientific subject matter in a clear and understandable fashion. Compensation & Benefits The base compensation pay range for this position is $104,000 to $136,000, depending on geographic location and experience. This position is part of an IC commission plan.
