Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and circumstances.
\n
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
\n
• Engage with clients in-person or via telehealth in a HIPAA-compliant manner, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards throughout.
\n
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Provide support and education to clients and their families regarding mental health, nutrition, community resources, and coping strategies.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings and clinical supervision to discuss case management and share best practices.
\n
• Maintain familiarity with the specific requirements and responsibilities related to billing and insurance procedures as an in-network provider.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a range of challenges such as trauma, grief, relationship issues, and personal development. Sensitivity to the cultural and individual needs of clients ensures that each therapy session is tailored to their unique life circumstances, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited program.
\n
• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Colorado.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English for providing psychotherapy services.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with diverse populations in a behavioral health setting.
\n
• Ability to empathize and maintain sensitivity toward cultural differences and individual client needs.
\n
• Competence in using EHR software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
\n
• A valid driver's license and car insurance.
\n
• Availability to work at least two evenings per week and one weekend day.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using various therapeutic modalities, especially CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.
\n
• Specialization in areas such as trauma, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ issues, or perinatal mental health.
\n
• Previous experience working as an in-network provider.
\n
• Completion of HIPAA training.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus, along with ongoing professional development opportunities and access to community resources to boost your clinical practice.
