Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Thrive Collective Health Center, your responsibilities will include the following:

• Performing thorough clinical assessments and developing tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to cater to the unique needs of your patients.

• Providing effective psychotherapy services utilizing modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that interventions are personalized based on each client’s situation.

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all patient information is handled with the utmost confidentiality.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and medical staff, to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of the therapeutic services being provided.

• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to foster empowerment and informed decision-making.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona or an equivalent certification.

Compensation and Benefits\n
