Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for clients, taking into account their unique backgrounds, challenges, and strengths.

• Formulate and adjust treatment plans that reflect the personal goals and needs of clients, ensuring they are achievable and tailored to each individual's circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate effective treatment, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care practices.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Work in concert with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to clients, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies, fostering empowerment and self-advocacy.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, completing training, and staying updated on the latest mental health research.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation, free from disciplinary actions, recognized by the state of Arizona.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
