Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, employing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, ensuring that care plans are client-centered and rooted in evidence-based practices.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, relevant data, and client feedback, adapting approaches as necessary for effective outcomes.

You will work with a varied client base spanning different age groups and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW without provisional status.

• Proven ability to assess, evaluate, and make informed treatment decisions while considering clients' diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
