Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on serving a diverse client population, including adults and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be expected to adopt a culturally sensitive approach to therapy, recognizing the unique experiences and backgrounds of each client and tailoring your therapeutic techniques accordingly.

Qualifications\n

To be a successful candidate for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current active licensure as a LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits\n
