Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Implement specialized therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy tailored to client needs.

• Develop, execute, and regularly revise personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals and appropriate interventions to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the seamless coordination of care and support.

• Engage in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as necessary, addressing urgent client needs effectively and compassionately.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress in adherence to ethical standards and clinical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
