Executive Oncology Sales Representative - Head & Neck (Northern & Central Virginia) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to drive pharmaceutical sales for oncology therapeutics across northern and central Virginia. The field-based role involves building customer relationships, executing territory strategies, and achieving sales objectives in the oncology market.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies by promoting current and potential oncology therapeutics to assigned accounts
• Conduct business analysis, prospect new accounts, and develop account penetration strategies with management
• Create pre- and post-call plans with specific objectives and approved supporting materials
• Discuss access, reimbursement options, and negotiate sales to close orders and meet objectives
• Utilize company-approved marketing tools and resources to advance sales opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree minimum
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel including overnight stays
• Two years pharmaceutical, biologic, biotech, or medical device sales experience or recent military service
• Residency in or willingness to relocate to Arlington or Richmond, Virginia area
• Specialty sales experience in solid tumors and oncology preferred
• Hospital and large account sales experience with complex reimbursement handling preferred
• Learning aptitude toward AI and emerging technologies preferred
