Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Sacred Heart, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, as well as providing individual therapy for each partner to address personal and relational issues.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of issues, such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief and loss, family conflicts, and more.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.
\n
• Maintaining thorough documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies.
\n
• Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with diverse families, couples, and individuals facing challenges related to emotional health, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. You will engage with clients dealing with:

• Domestic and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts including sibling rivalry and cut-offs

• Divorce and separation adjustments
\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
