Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

The Charles Nedder Team is a full-service real estate team dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients in buying and selling. We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Apply now! • This is an in-office position and will require working a couple of weekends per month • Full-time, 40 hours/week • Calls to be made between 8AM and 8PM Responsibilities: • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Real estate license or pursuing required Compensation: $73,500 - $82,000 yearly
