• Assist in building investment memos and materials for internal investment committees

• Participate in deal sourcing initiatives and founder outreach alongside senior team members

• Analyze company financials, unit economics, and growth assumptions

• Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with KPI tracking and reporting

• Support fundraising efforts, LP reporting, and investor presentation materials

• Stay current on venture trends, emerging technologies, and startup ecosystems

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related analytical discipline

• Prior experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or capital markets strongly preferred

• Demonstrated interest in transitioning to venture capital or early-stage investing

• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities

• Ability to adapt traditional banking frameworks to early-stage and growth-company contexts

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

• Interest in technology, startups, and innovation-driven businesses
