Front Desk Associate

A Front Desk Attendant serves as the first point of contact for hotel guests, delivering exceptional customer service while managing check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, payments, and guest requests. The role focuses on creating a welcoming experience and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression. Check guests in and out efficiently according to hotel standards. Process reservations, room assignments, and payments. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing inquiries. Recognize and assist loyalty program members and returning guests. Respond to guest questions, concerns, and special requests. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Upsell room upgrades and hotel services when appropriate. Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to resolve guest issues. Follow hotel safety, security, and operational procedures. Assist with additional front office duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and customer service skills. Basic computer, cash-handling, and math skills. Ability to solve problems and handle guest concerns professionally. Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts. Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred. Delivered exceptional guest service by managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and payment transactions. Resolved guest concerns and provided personalized recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintained accurate guest records and ensured compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
