Dealer Experience Representative | Hyde Park, UT

Nexeo Staffing is seeking a professional and customer-focused Dealer Experience Representative to support a busy customer service team in Hyde Park, Utah. This temporary opportunity is ideal for individuals with previous customer service experience who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and providing exceptional support over the phone and through email.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for dealers, helping manage communications, process inquiries, maintain order information, and ensure a positive customer experience. We're looking for a dependable individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service during a high-volume period.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dealer emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for dealer questions, concerns, and order-related inquiries.

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented customer support.

• Assist with managing and maintaining the dealer order book.

• Enter, update, and review order information while ensuring accuracy.

• Monitor order status and communicate updates to dealers as needed.

• Process return authorizations and support order-related requests.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support dealer needs.

• Follow established policies, procedures, and customer service standards.

• Contribute to a positive customer experience by building strong dealer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous customer service, call center, order management, account support, or administrative experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-service mindset.

• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Typing skills and data entry experience preferred.

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
