Associate Manager, Budget Operations & Systems (Marketing)

Job Description Are you passionate about balancing budgets and working with exciting new technology that will have a visible impact on commercial success? Join our marketing group as the budget operations & systems Associate Manager! In this temporary role, you will work and learn alongside industry subject‑matter experts as we infuse our day‑to‑day lives with new systems and tech. This position is expected to last through February 2027, according to business need. Core Responsibilities Support the onboarding and adoption of the Planini tool for the U.S. Marketing team, serving as a day‑to‑day point of contact for user questions, troubleshooting, and guidance. Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, including accruals and reporting, in collaboration with Marketing and Finance partners. Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and documentation to enable effective system onboarding and ongoing user support. Help ensure accuracy and completeness of marketing financial data, identifying discrepancies and working with partners to resolve issues during close cycles. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Global teams to maintain alignment and communication during system and process changes. Contribute to process improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency in reporting, accruals, and system‑related workflows. Overview The U.S. Marketing Planning & Operations team turns business priorities into focused, actionable marketing plans that drive growth. This role plays a key part by ensuring our financial data is accurate, consistent, and ready to inform decisions. It also supports the rollout of a new financial reporting system—helping teams adopt the tool, troubleshoot issues, and establish effective ways of working. By strengthening reporting and enabling a smooth system transition, this role helps the organization plan smarter, track performance, and manage marketing investments with confidence. You will support the Manager of Marketing Planning during this system transition. Qualifications Strong financial foundation with experience supporting month‑end and year‑end close, accruals, and financial reporting, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience working with financial or planning systems, maintaining reliable, consistent data. Quick learner of systems and tools, with the ability to build confidence quickly and support others as new processes and platforms are introduced. Strong collaborator, able to work effectively across Marketing, Finance, and other business teams to deliver shared outcomes. Curious and problem‑focused approach, able to spot data issues, ask the right questions, and work with others to resolve them. Comfortable navigating change, with a flexible approach and a positive mentality in fast‑moving or evolving environments. Team‑first mentality, willing to support others, share knowledge, and contribute to a supportive and high‑performing team environment. Experience supporting marketing or commercial finance, with familiarity in budgeting, campaign spend, or agency/vendor management. Exposure to system implementations, upgrades, or user onboarding/training efforts. Experience in a global or matrixed organization, navigating multiple collaborators and priorities. Relocation There is no relocation budget for this role. Hybrid Working Model This role follows a 3‑day‑in‑the‑office hybrid model. Compensation The salary for this position ranges from $84,488.00 to $126,732.00, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. Additional benefits, including total compensation details, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
