Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP

Must-Have:
- Draw ABGs
- Wean and extubate
- Vent management
- BiPAP
- CPAP
- Nebulization

Description:
Grafton is a Level III Trauma Center with a Level II NICU and a Primary Stroke Center.
It has a total of 132 beds, excluding the NICU.
The patient population includes neonates to geriatrics, in inpatient settings, ICU, and ER, including deliveries and open-heart surgeries.
The patient-to-staff ratio is 1:1.
Preferred skills include placing arterial lines and intubation.
Experience in the NICU, C-sections, and managing infant ventilation is preferred.
Comfort with deliveries is also preferred.
Support on the unit includes a Code Blue/RRT team.
The charting system in use is EPIC, and equipment includes Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, and Puritan Bennett Hamilton Vents.
Floating may occur throughout the facility, including the ER.
Weekend rotation is every third weekend.
Time off can be approved for up to 7 days.
Holiday expectations include 1 summer and 1 winter holiday per year.
Scrub color is flexible.
Free designated parking is available.
