Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on functional limitations and disabilities.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to discuss modifications in patient care and ensure a seamless continuum of treatment.
• Provide thorough documentation for each patient encounter, detailing evaluations, treatment modalities, and progress notes, while adhering to all applicable laws and professional standards.

• Supervise support staff and ensure they contribute effectively to patient care under your guidance.

• Evaluate treatment progress and adjust discharge plans based on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A state license in Physical Therapy is a mandatory requirement.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Compensation and Benefits
