HR Manager

Responsibilities Directly or indirectly implements recruiting strategies for hourly and salaried employees. Develops and manages relationships with staffing agencies. Leads recruitment, selection, and offer extension for senior roles. Oversees performance management practices. Manages succession planning and talent management cycle. Monitors effectiveness of processes. Conducts talent reviews. Oversees development and administration of local and corporate training offerings. Monitors effectiveness of training and development. Supports development of senior roles. Manages all employee grievances and disciplinary processes. Acts as liaison with unions or works councils. Facilitates the annual merit review cycle, ensuring appropriate allocation of variable compensation. Coordinates with group and corporate leadership compensation and benefit schemes. Leads, directs, evaluates, and develops a team of HR staff. Qualifications Education: University degree (or international equivalent); advanced degree preferred. Minimum experience: 6 to 8+ years.
