THE OPPORTUNITY
Take an active role in understanding business and operational issues. Recommend and develop approaches and programs to address those challenges and effectively enable change. Partners with functional and operational leaders to complete performance management and talent management review cycles Lead the talent sourcing and selection processes for salaried and hourly positions. Lead new hire orientation and onboarding activities in partnership with other HR team members and key stakeholders. Partner with various functional leaders and key stakeholders to drive engagement and empowerment through the implementation of High Performance Teams (HPT) and a diverse, inclusive culture where team members can thrive. Partner with Division Safety leadership and other key stakeholders in driving a Zero Incident Safety culture. Partner with leaders to facilitate the performance management and talent management cycle.WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline. 3-5 years of human resources experience in a generalist capacity in a manufacturing environment Led a small team of HR Generalists Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources policies and practices. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with all levels of the organization using solid judgment and problem‑solving skills. Strong experience in leading Safety, Employee Engagement & Empowerment initiatives.
