About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Brand Partnerships to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of capturing untapped markets and transforming zero-share brands into long-term partners. This role is pivotal in proactively engaging with senior brand, marketing, media, and experiential decision-makers, with a focus on monetizing the company's national portfolio, including high-impact media assets. The VP, Brand Partnerships will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. A strong background in media sales, particularly with top beauty, fashion, or luxury publications, and a proven track record in activating and retaining new brands are highly valued. Applicants for the VP, Brand Partnerships position at the company should be quick learners, self-motivated, and possess a strong sense of professionalism. The role requires an individual with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, who is an exceptional team player and is detail-oriented with a results-driven personality. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 7-10 years of media sales experience, and a deep network of client relationships at the CMO, Media Director, and Brand Manager levels. Responsibilities include proactive outreach, strategic planning, and driving contract negotiations.
