Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' goals, physical conditions, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, incorporating a range of therapeutic techniques to optimize recovery.
• Implement hands-on interventions and physical therapy modalities tailored to enhance mobility, strength, and endurance.
• Design and oversee tailored fitness and wellness programs aimed at meeting each patient's specific challenges and aspirations.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain transparent communication with patients and their families.
• Facilitate education on healthy lifestyles, injury prevention, and maintaining physical fitness to encourage long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient treatment outcomes and progress in compliance with professional standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Documentation: A clean licensure record, free of board or disciplinary actions.
