Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and history through detailed examinations and consultations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based rehabilitation treatments to help improve patients' movement and functionality.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities to facilitate recovery while minimizing reliance on medications and surgeries.
• Motivate patients to engage in their recovery process actively, providing guidance and support to maximize their treatment outcomes.
• Thoroughly document patient progress and treatment outcomes to ensure quality care and compliance with health regulations.
• Conduct regular re-evaluations to modify treatment plans as necessary, based on patient progress and feedback.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, injury prevention, and wellness after discharge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients of diverse backgrounds who may be recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required; candidates with a Master's degree or Doctorate (DPT) are preferred.
• Must possess a valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist and maintain a clean record with no disciplinary actions.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in physical therapy, specifically in orthopedic settings.
• Proficiency in developing exercise regimens and demonstrating various manual therapy techniques.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
