High School diploma or GED required
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate and work effectively with staff, administrators, vendors, government agencies and school office personnel concerning payroll/benefits information
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines
Experience with computerized finance / payroll software preferred
Experience with MS Office and Google Suite
Precision in data entry with superior attention to accuracy and detail
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
REPORTS TO: School Business Administrator/Board Secretary CONTRACT SCHOOL YEAR: 12 month position available February 16, 2024 SALARY: Commensurate with skills and experience BENEFITS: Benefits package after completion of successful sixty (60) day probationary period.
