Payroll Specialist

Our client is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to support and enhance payroll operations for a growing organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, and driving process improvements across the payroll function. Responsibilities: Manage weekly and bi-weekly payroll Review and audit payroll data, including pay changes, benefits, garnishments, and taxes. Reconcile benefit payments and employee deductions for multiple states. Maintain payroll records, generate reports, and handle employee inquiries. Stay updated on federal and state payroll laws and ensure compliance. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes. Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of payroll experience, with multi-state reconciliation knowledge. Proficiency with payroll systems Strong understanding of payroll regulations across different states. Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.
