Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans which may include both individual and group therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using evidence-based practices, focusing on fostering positive behavioral changes and enabling clients to overcome dependencies.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with clients—setting achievable goals while adhering to ethical and legal standards in accordance with best practices.

• Maintain meticulous electronic health records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate closely with the clinical director for chart audits and sign-offs, contributing to the overall integrity of client documentation and care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve individuals grappling with a range of mental health disorders and substance abuse issues. This client base often includes those with complex needs requiring a coordinated approach to treatment. Your work will involve building strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust and facilitate client engagement in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license is necessary for application.

• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in social work, specifically within mental health or substance use treatment settings.

• Proven direct clinical experience and case management capabilities, with a solid foundation in mental health treatment methodologies.

• Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office and experience with KIPU Systems Client Management Software is preferred.

• Exceptional clinical and interpersonal skills, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in dual diagnosis treatment and familiarization with evidence-based practices for substance use disorders is highly desirable.

The Forge Recovery Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually commensurate with experience.
