The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully sourcing top talent in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and recruit top candidates for various roles, including corporate, technical and consulting Continuously and proactively build a solid pipeline of candidates Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance Utilize an applicant tracking system to track, organize, and manage candidate pipelines Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies Conduct initial screening interviews and facilitate candidate assessments Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports Collaborate with recruiting team on the development of new recruiting strategies and process improvements Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of three years’ experience in recruiting at mid/senior levels, with a focus on passive candidate sourcing Experience working within a consulting firm or professional services environment preferred Proficiency with applicant tracking system; Paylocity preferred Demonstrated success in filling a wide range of open roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Strong organizational and time management abilities Salary Range: $65,000-85,000; Bonus eligible EEO Employer.
