Operations Manager

Position Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring every client, employee, trade partner, and vendor experiences the professionalism and luxury service that defines Rigsby Group. This individual serves as the operational leader of the office, coordinating the design-build process from the first client inquiry through warranty completion while supporting the Reserve Cabinet Design Center. Primary Responsibilities Client Experience Manage every new lead from initial inquiry through signed agreement. Coordinate consultations, design meetings, and selections. Ensure every client receives timely communication. Maintain the client journey and concierge-level experience. Coordinate welcome gifts and milestone communications. Manage warranty requests and follow-up. Budgeting and financial oversight skills, such as managing project costs, tracking variances, and supporting cost-control initiatives. Leadership and team coordination skills, including supervising staff, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a positive, solutions-focused environment. Client, vendor, and subcontractor relationship skills, including clear communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities. Process improvement and quality management skills, with experience implementing best practices, safety standards, and technology tools to enhance efficiency. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with project management software, construction management tools, and standard office applications. Relevant experience in residential design/build or concierge-style project experience is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to work on-site in Oconomowoc, WI and travel to project locations as needed.
