This is a full-cycle, hunter-focused role where you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing deals from prospecting through close, and hitting aggressive revenue targets. You will work closely with leadership, operate with high activity levels, and be part of a team where every rep hit quota last year.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through consistent outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and other lead generation strategiesManage full-cycle sales process from prospecting through deal closeService your own book of accounts and build lasting client relationshipsAchieve monthly quota of 120,000 dollars in new revenue within the ramp periodMaintain activity metrics of 20 daily activities minimum, with a target of one set initially per dayWork collaboratively with sales leadership on strategy, pipeline development, and continuous improvementParticipate in team meetings and professional development opportunitiesWhat We're Looking For3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with a background in insurance, PEO, safety products, or technology salesExperience selling into Safety, HR, or Risk decision makers at mid-market companiesProven track record of exceeding sales quotas and targetsHunter mentality with strong prospecting skills and not afraid to pick up the phoneDriven, ambitious, resilient, and coachableExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesResults-oriented with strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a competitive environmentLocated in or willing to relocate to the Houston, TX metro areaCompensation and BenefitsBase Salary: 90,000 to 92,000 dollarsCommission: Uncapped, with earning potential of 65,000 to 70,000 dollars at quotaOn Target Earnings (OTE) in Year 1: 155,000 to 170,000 dollarsTop performers earn 200,000 dollars annuallyComprehensive benefits packageSupportive team culture with leadership involvement in dealsGrowth opportunity: proven performers move into sales leadership roles
