Job description : Looking for experienced concrete laborers, you will operate power hand tools to complete projects for precast molds and prepare and assemble molds for concrete pouring, rebar and wire mesh assembled. accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate power and hand tools to complete construction projects
• Prepare and assemble molds for concrete pouring
• Accurately assemble rebar and wire mesh
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and up to quality standards
• Setting up forms and molds &t
• ying to reinforce bars stripping forms
• General labor

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Need 2 years’ concrete experience
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
• Ability to learn new skills based on customers' requirements

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position which is $20.00 -$24.00, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
