Production Worker – 3rd Shift (10:00 PM–6:20 AM, Sun–Thu) Red Lion, PA $19.35/hr

We’re hiring reliable 3rd‑shift Production Workers to join a fast‑paced manufacturing team. This role requires constant lifting of 40–45 lbs , frequent bending and stacking, and the ability to keep up with steady production demands throughout the night shift.

• Assemble flooring and ceiling components using hand tools
• Load/unload panels, seal, label, and stack materials
• Operate and monitor equipment in Press, Weld, Paint & Fill/Clean departments
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections
• Complete production and quality paperwork
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all SOPs and safety rules

• Ability to lift 40–45 lbs repeatedly all shift
• Experience in manufacturing, labor, or assembly
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance for Sunday–Thursday, 10p–6:20a

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Red Lion, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.35 - $19.35/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Red Lion,PA.
