Your role in our mission: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments and staff. Prepare and process outgoing mail and shipments, including labeling and ensuring proper postage. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and mailroom inventory. Operate standard mailroom equipment (postage machines, scanners, printers, etc.). Drive company vehicle for local deliveries and pickups as needed. Maintain a clean and organized mailroom area. Assist with general office support tasks when required. Follow security and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive documents.

What we're looking for: 2 years of experience in a mailroom, document processing, clerical, administrative support, or related environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling confidential documents and mail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and data entry systems. Ability to lift, push, or pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs.

What you should expect in this role: This is an onsite position in Montgomery, AL. Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation. Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7:30 am 4:00 pm As part of our interview process, all candidates must complete an assessment. This helps us evaluate key competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.
