Receiving Lead (Part-Time) @ California Academy of Sciences 55 Music Concourse Dr, San Francisco, CA 94118, USA Job Description Posted Saturday, June 6, 2026 at 7:00 AM Responsibilities Organize and Manage Inventory: Take charge of receiving, transferring, packing, stocking, and ticketing merchandise to keep our stockroom orderly and efficient. Support Daily Store Operations: Assist the store management team with day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs like clockwork. Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Ensure our guests have a seamless, enjoyable experience by keeping the sales floor fully stocked and organized. Qualifications Flexible Schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, early evenings, and holidays. Basic Computer Knowledge: Comfortable with basic computer operations to assist with inventory management and related tasks. Stockroom Experience: Previous experience in a stockroom or inventory role is required. Positive and Welcoming Attitude: Must be friendly, engaging, and approachable toward guests, team members, and venue staff. Physical Demands Frequent standing, walking, and using hands to handle or feel. Occasional reaching with hands and arms, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
