Your responsibilities will include: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain and organize payroll records for multiple clients. Prepare payroll tax filings, garnishment reports, and quarterly payroll reports. Assist with year‑end wage reports such as W‑2, W‑3, WT‑7, and 940. Support audits related to workers' compensation and insurance as required. Qualifications Prior experience in accounting and payroll support. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to maintain accurate payroll and financial records. Familiarity with payroll systems and electronic fund transfer processes. Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.
