Engineering Account Executive Automation Staffing Sales Executive Location: United States Function: Sales / Business Development Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a driven Engineering Account Executive to support growth within the Automationsectors . This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who understands complex engineering environments and can deliver tailored workforce and project‑based solutions. You will work closely with engineering leaders to address critical business challenges through a combination of statement of work (SOW) solutions and flexible staffing models , including contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct placement. Key Responsibilities Drive business development efforts within the Automationengineering verticals Identify and engage prospective clients, while expanding relationships within existing accounts Conduct discovery meetings with engineering and operational leaders to understand workforce needs and growth initiatives Develop and present customized solutions, including project‑based (SOW) engagements and staffing services Leverage industry insights, data, and market trends to position value‑driven solutions Build long‑term partnerships with key stakeholders, including executives, engineering directors, and hiring managers Collaborate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client engagements Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and consistently meet or exceed performance targets Maintain a high level of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required) 2+ years of B2B sales experience in engineering services, staffing, or workforce solutions Experience supporting Automation engineeringclients strongly preferred Proven ability to sell in a consultative, solution‑oriented environment Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and strong business acumen Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: depending on experience and location Uncapped commission structure and performance‑based incentives Comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well‑being, and work‑life balance Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
