Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Sr. Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) the Sr. FP&A Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, transforming complex financial data into actionable insights that shape the company's strategy. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that offers significant ownership, cross-functional partnership, and the chance to drive meaningful improvements across the business. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the company's financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes; improve planning accuracy, cadence, and controls
• Partner closely with executive leadership to support strategic planning and resource allocation
• Prepare monthly forecasts, financial models, and scenario analyses to inform key business decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with department leaders to provide data-driven insights, performance reporting, and financial guidance
• Monitor monthly revenue, expenses, and key performance metrics; clearly communicate variance drivers to stakeholders
• Develop and deliver financial presentations for the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and company-wide communications
• Work closely with Accounting and Analytics teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting
• Own and enhance FP&A systems, tools, and processes to elevate accuracy, scalability, and productivity
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering analytical rigor and continuous improvement
• Support ad hoc projects and additional responsibilities as needed

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Strategy, or related field
• 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, equity research, or similar experience; prior people-management experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment preferred
• Experience as a people leader or a team lead with proven ability to mentor and coach
• Strong understanding of GAAP and how accounting impacts financial models and forecasts
• ERP implementation experience, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; proven ability to collaborate across levels and functions
• Highly organized with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capability
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate with urgency when required
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Sound judgment, discretion with confidential information, and a hands-on, proactive working style
• U.S. Person or lawful permanent resident to comply with U.S. government space technology export regulations.

Your actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Salary Range

$125,000 - $210,000 USD

Physical Demands
