Patient Scheduler, Interventional Radiology, FT, 08A-4:30P M-F

Responsibilities Schedule patient appointments (surgical, diagnostic therapy, and other procedures/treatments). Obtain and verify necessary demographic and insurance information. Register patients and enter data into scheduling systems. Maintain records and accounts. Provide professional customer service and greet patients. Additional Qualifications Experience in healthcare and/or customer service setting (surgery preferred). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling systems (e.g., Net Access, Centricity, Pathways Healthcare Scheduling, Chartlinks). Medical terminology required. Experience handling high-volume calls. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. Minimum Required Experience 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
