Digital Color Concepts (DCC) is seeking an HR Generalist to support the East Longmeadow, MA facility with full lifecycle HR—from recruitment through offboarding. You will report to the HR Manager and collaborate with plant leadership, corporate HR, and the Mountainside team to deliver confidential, professional HR services aligned with DCC’s goals.
